Dear Customers,

As the U.S. is grappling with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its implications, we hope you and your families are remaining healthy and safe during this time. We are reaching out on behalf of our team to let you know that the safety and well-being of our team and customers is our top priority.

The Governor of New Mexico issued a Stay At Home Order yesterday, March 23, 2020, that all businesses considered non-essential are to close, or employees are to work from home, until April 10, 2020. As a business that supports many "essential businesses" with storage needs, Xtreme Storage is considered essential and will remain open. Our gate access hours, 6:00 am - 8:00 pm everyday, will remain the same.  However, we will be limiting traffic into the office.

We are continuing to actively monitor COVID-19 and are taking all reasonable and precautionary measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.

I want to share a few reassurances:

  1. Our office is stocked with additional hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies. Additional handwashing and sanitization of the office has been in place for the past few weeks and will continue.  As our customers use access cards instead of codes, our access panels are easy to keep disinfected.
  2. The office will be locked, but at least one of us will be on site during our regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.  Should you need assistance in the office during those hours, please call (505)888-2430 and we will be available to assist you.
  3.  If you typically bring your monthly rent payment to the office, please drop it in the dropbox just inside the drive through gate (next to the access panel).  Please call and let us know it is there and we will collect it and email a receipt to you as soon as possible.
  4. We are committed to following any and all CDC guidelines – including staying home when sick.
  5. We are fortunate that the storage is an industry that is not anticipated to be highly impacted by COVID-19. Our business is based on a store manager helping one customer at a time and our office is  not typically a high-traffic area like traditional retail spaces. This lowers our risks. By following CDC guidelines and taking extra cleaning precautions, the health and safety of our team and customers can be protected while we continue to help people to their better tomorrows.

Our office will continue to operate. However, I would like to remind customers that there are many options of interacting with Xtreme Storage that don’t include physically coming into our office. You can access account details by logging into our website at www.xtremestoragenm.com. From there, you can see your status and make payments online. You can also call us at (505)888-2430 and our team can assist you over the phone.

Thank you for trusting us and storing with us,

Mike and Tracey McClain
